The Workplace Gender Inequality Index (France)
In 2021, the Péna Group obtained 92/100 on the French Workplace Gender Inequality Index from its UES (Economic and Social Policy Unit).
The minimum is 75/100. The rating is based on 4 indicators:
- The pay gap between men and women
- The gap in the allocation of individual pay increases
- The number of pay increases among women returning from maternity leave
- The parity among the 10 highest salaries

- Regulatory
- Technical: qualification and recognition of waste, optimisation of sorting and selective collection at source, good use of material resources..
We have been an officially approved training body since November 2001, meaning our customers are able to gain certified professional and vocational training credits (Approval no. 72.33.058.50.33).
